Social Media Agent

Main Role:

To moderate direct and support all customers inquiries ,complains,sales lead generation,feedback and requests that comes from different MIDBANK social media platforms(Facebook ,instagram,Linkedin,and Youtube,etc)

Analise the social media dashboard and come up with the overall customer perception, provide new ideas and enhancement.

Moderate all comments on social media posts and ads .

Maintain the moderation guidelines and ensure that they are up to date .

Dealing with all related stakeholders to solve any customer complains coming from social media .

Following up with customers and having feedback about the bank services and products regularly.

 Produce reports on relevant moderation statistics, issues and outcomes.

Regularly report feedback insights from the bank social media platforms  .


University graduate is must

Well-developed communication skills, both verbal and written

Strong people skills

2-3 years of experience in a similar role

Must have social media moderation background

Good computer skills

Excellent customer focus skills
